Once you have found a job meeting your skills click 'Submit Proposal' to apply.
In case you don't find an open job that meets your skills, don't be dishearted, jobs keep coming on a daily basis.

Once you have posted a job you can view it by clicking the My Jobs button in the menu bar. If your job has not yet started click Proposals. Next to your job will be an Edit button where you can make changes to your project.
