How can Buyers and Freelancers Communicate?


Simple.pk provides ample space for buyers and freelancers to communicate easily. Sharing of personal information, such as email address and phone number, is prohibited for safety reasons thus there are plenty of ways to communicate using the site. Whenever a message is received the receiver will be notified through an email.

Before a Project is Started

1. If any clarification is needed for a job you wish to bid on, click on 'Project Clarification Messages' and post a message.

2. The next point of communication is when a freelancer clicks the 'Submit Proposal' Button and enters the bid. The cover letter option should be used to share thoughts.

3. After a freelancer has submitted their proposal a 'Send Message' button appears underneath. Buyers and freelancers both can use this button to communicate before starting a project. If you have problem finding this button, click on 'My Jobs', 'Proposals', 'Job Name' scroll down and you will be able to see the bid and the button.

After a Project has Started

Once your project has begun a designated workplace known as the 'Workroom' is provided to communicate. The access to a workroom is only available once a freelancer has been chosen, amount has been escrowed and the project has been started.
Other then messages the workroom also allows buyers and freelancers to share files/attachments. Links can also be shared to discuss work progress and details.
